EXPERIENCE & PRODUCT DESIGNER
BASED IN LONDON
I'm a director-level product designer with 20+ years experience working across a wide array of clients, agencies and within the start-up community. I have worked as both developer and designer, and my knowledge of code and systems is strong.
My approach is tailored to individual projects with primary focus on the customer experience through a process of user centred-design, leveraging Design Thinking, Futures Thinking and First Principles.
Through this process, I am able to understand behaviours and pain points to help shape solutions that lead to the crafting of effective and creative products that millions of people use.
My skillset is broad – from Discovery to Delivery – I am capable of planning and running ideation workshops, gathering requirements from SMEs and running testing sessions.
I also help transition from the abstract to the tangible, creating design artefacts that are consumable for engineers – including personas, journey maps, task flows and wireframes through to high-fidelity visual design, prototypes, interaction studies, design systems and playbooks.
